The work involved the construction of an external 21 person bed lift with all necessary link corridors and service connections into the existing building.
Site Difficulties
The site was located within the existing residential home grounds. The home was in use throughout the construction works. All areas were securely fenced off and all internal areas with plywood hoarding to prevent unauthorised entry into the property or into the works areas.
